CAREER AS AN INDUSTRY INSIDER

I've been an industry insider for over two decades, building highly successful sales and service teams both large and small from startup phase to high growth. I've served as vice president, senior vice president, and president for three of the most recognizable (trust me, you know them) agent-facing company brands in the real estate tech-industry.

The real estate agent's business has changed greatly and will continue to change rapidly. Agents are struggling to keep up. There's too much noise from all directions, and everyone is good at telling agents "what to do," but the game is woefully lacking resources that tell agents "how to" effectively do it!

I'm often urged by some of the best agents in the game to share more of what I know about building successful agent teams. In fact, one agent said; "You are like the agent whisperer!" ...and as they say; the rest is history ;)

WHO I AM AND WHAT DRIVES ME

My personal foundation is firmly anchored in integrity, trust, humility, and faith. I've built winning teams over and over and over again, and the key to it all is in "the necessary nuance." 

I'm ridiculously motivated by helping others. Being in service to others has never failed me. That’s why I'm here. I want to continue sharing my knowledge and expertise with deserving agents, so that they can have the life to which they aspire. MLS 1: It All Starts With A Phenomenal Directional Mindset

This is the first MLS of the master course. This jump off point in the series will teach you the nitty-gritty of how to align team mindset to expectation and achieve perfect clarity within each competing season. How to efficiently and professionally inspect and assess team member contribution within the season. You'll begin to understand why all agent teams don't win, as you learn how to install the necessary nuance to be among those few teams that do. You'll also learn the art and motivating power of dangling carrots for the overachievers while simultaneously hugging with recognition, those team members that embrace the desired processes and best practices. These are the foundational mental pillars necessary for creating a phenomenal directional mindset.

This is where we start, this is where it all begins!

MLS 3: Culture! Culture! Culture!

Just like location is the key to a great real estate investment, culture is the key to building a market dominating team. Ah, but therein lies the challenge; how do you create a culture that is true to you, true to your team members, and that is so valued that it regulates itself? Culture is the most universally understood need when it comes to agent teams, yet a healthy thriving culture is arguably the most elusive component across all agent teams. The teams that thrive are the ones that have mastered the necessary nuance of culture building. Quality throughout the organization is critical to the speed and efficiency of your team. You will either have supporting personnel who allow issues to grind on the business or you will have personnel who anticipate issues and derail them before they occur. The front office of a great organization is never overlooked or taken for granted.

No matter the size of your team, you need some level of support and the quality of that support matters. In this MLS, we will discuss what you are looking for and how to cost-effectively scale support as your team grows.

MLS 7: What's In Your Brand Name? - More than meets the eye!

Does the image of an apple and a banana have you somewhat curious about relevance to a team or brokerage brand name? There's a lot more to be said about those images than meets the eye!

There are two truths about brand names for agents and teams: #1 a brand name can either work for you or #2 a brand name can work against you. Either way, it can have a major impact on your long-term success. After speaking with, advising, or consulting with more than 1,440 agents on brand strategy, I can say with certainty that this is a critical factor in achieving your team's goals and objectives.

This micro learning session will explore the importance of brand names and how to create one that works. It will be fun, as every agent I've ever met loves to tinker with their personal brand. I'm sure you’ll enjoy it and find it surprisingly valuable!
